Our Site, which is built on Squarespace, uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognize returning visitors, remember your cart and login session, and understand how visitors use the Site. We may also use analytics tools to measure traffic and engagement across our Home, About, Education Hub, Funding & Credit Suite, Business Suite, Blog, and Contact pages. You can adjust your browser settings to limit or block cookies, though some features (such as staying logged in or maintaining an active cart) may not function properly as a result.

4. Third-Party Service Providers and Affiliate Partners

We work with third-party providers to operate our Services, including our website host and commerce platform (Squarespace), email service provider, and payment processors. These providers process information solely on our behalf and in accordance with their own privacy and security practices.

Our Funding & Credit Suite and Business Suite pages feature curated third-party partners across categories including Credit Monitoring (such as SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, and MyScoreIQ), Business Formation (such as Northwest Registered Agent, Tailor Brands, and LegalZoom), Business Banking (such as Chase Business Checking, Bluevine, and Novo), Business Software (such as QuickBooks, FreshBooks, and Zoho Books), and Funding & Lending (such as Nav, Fundbox, and Credibly). Many of these listings are affiliate links, meaning 800 Credit Collective™ may earn a commission if you sign up or make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. When you click through to a partner's site, that partner's own privacy policy and terms govern any information you provide to them. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices of these third parties.

  • A successor entity, in the event of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets
  • Other members, only where you voluntarily post content within the Elite Community or course discussion areas

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Services, maintain your account, comply with legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you request account deletion, we will remove or de-identify your information except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records.

7. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information, and we rely on the security measures built into our hosting, commerce, and payment platforms.
