Terms and Conditions

800 Credit Collective™

Effective Date: July 1, 2025

Welcome to 800 Credit Collective™, operated by 800 Credit Collective LLC ("800 Credit Collective," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 800creditcollective.com (the "Site"), including our Home, About, Education Hub, Funding & Credit Suite, Business Suite, Blog, and Contact pages, our member login account, our store and checkout, the Credit Mastery Course, FullCredit Sweep, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, the Elite Community, and all related content and tools (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Who We Are

800 Credit Collective™ is a modern financial education and empowerment platform helping individuals strategically position themselves for stronger financial opportunities, funding readiness, and long-term wealth growth through education, curated resources, and community.

We are intentionally not positioned as a credit repair company. Our focus is on education, optimization, funding preparedness, and financial growth systems, not on acting as your representative in disputes with credit bureaus, creditors, or furnishers of information.

2. Description of Services

Our Services include, without limitation:

  • Education Hub: free and paid educational resources, including the 800 Credit Collective Toolkit (Monthly Budget Planner, DIY Credit Repair Tracker, Debt Payoff Calculator & Tracker, Credit Monitoring Log, and Dispute Letter Swipe File) and the Credit Mastery Course
  • Funding & Credit Suite and Business Suite: curated directories of third-party partners across Credit Monitoring, Business Formation, Business Banking, Business Software, and Funding & Lending categories
  • 1-on-1 Coaching Sessions: scheduled educational sessions with an 800 Credit Collective advisor
  • Elite Community: a member community for sharing progress, strategies, and accountability
  • Store: digital products and downloadable resources available for purchase
  • Blog: educational articles and updates

Some Services, including certain modules of the Credit Mastery Course and FullCredit Sweep, may be labeled "coming soon" and are subject to change, delay, or modification prior to launch.

3. Educational Purpose Only, Not Legal, Financial, or Credit Repair Advice

All content, tools, products, coaching sessions, and community discussions provided through our Services are for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on our Site, in our products, in the Credit Mastery Course, or in a coaching session constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, or credit repair advice, and no advisor-client, attorney-client, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of our Services. You should consult a licensed attorney, financial advisor, or other qualified professional regarding your specific situation before making financial decisions.

4. No Guarantee of Results

800 Credit Collective™ does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to improvements in credit score, removal of any information from a credit report, approval for credit, funding, or loans, or any particular financial result. Results depend on your individual circumstances, actions, and factors outside our control, including the policies and decisions of lenders, credit bureaus, furnishers of credit information, and our third-party partners.

5. Not a Credit Repair Organization

800 Credit Collective™ provides self-guided educational materials, templates, and tools (including the Dispute Letter Swipe File) that you use on your own behalf. We do not act as your representative in communications with credit bureaus, creditors, or furnishers, we do not perform credit repair services for a fee, and we do not charge advance fees for the removal of any specific item from your credit report. Any dispute letter templates provided through our Education Hub or Credit Mastery Course are general-purpose consumer tools intended for your own independent use; their completion, submission, and outcome are entirely your responsibility. If you want a licensed representative to act on your behalf in disputing information on your credit report, please seek out an appropriately licensed and bonded credit repair organization or attorney in your state.

6. Member Accounts

Certain areas of our Services require a member login account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, to keep your login credentials confidential, and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Purchases, Payment, and Digital Delivery

Purchases made through our store, including the 800 Credit Collective Toolkit, the Credit Mastery Course, and any other digital product, are processed through our commerce platform (Squarespace Commerce) and its associated payment processors. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Digital products are typically delivered instantly upon purchase or made available through your member account.

8. Refund Policy

Because our digital products and course content are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be granted at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of duplicate purchase, technical delivery failure, or as otherwise required by law. To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of purchase using the information in Section 18.

9. Coaching Sessions

1-on-1 coaching sessions are educational in nature and are scheduled subject to advisor availability. You agree to provide accurate information when booking a session and to attend at the scheduled time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as far in advance as possible; sessions may be non-refundable if canceled with insufficient notice. Nothing discussed during a coaching session constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice, and any strategy discussed is not a guarantee of any particular outcome.

10. Elite Community and User-Generated Content

If you participate in the Elite Community, course discussions, or Blog comments, you agree to engage respectfully and not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, or that discloses another person's private financial or personal information without consent. You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant 800 Credit Collective™ a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content within our Services for community and promotional purposes. We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for any member who violates these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site and within our products, including text, graphics, logos, the 800 Credit Collective Toolkit, planners, trackers, dispute letter templates, the Credit Mastery Course curriculum, videos, and audio, is the property of 800 Credit Collective LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product or enrolling in the Credit Mastery Course grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or claim our content as your own.

12. Third-Party Partners and Affiliate Relationships

Our Funding & Credit Suite and Business Suite pages feature curated third-party partners, including but not limited to providers of credit monitoring (such as SmartCredit, IdentityIQ, and MyScoreIQ), business formation (such as Northwest Registered Agent, Tailor Brands, and LegalZoom), business banking (such as Chase Business Checking, Bluevine, and Novo), business software (such as QuickBooks, FreshBooks, and Zoho Books), and funding and lending (such as Nav, Fundbox, and Credibly). Some of these links are affiliate links, and 800 Credit Collective™ may earn a commission when you sign up or make a purchase through them, at no additional cost to you. We only recommend partners we believe offer genuine value, but we do not control, endorse without qualification, or guarantee the products, pricing, eligibility requirements, or terms of any third-party partner. Your relationship with any partner you engage is solely between you and that partner, governed by that partner's own terms and policies.

13. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Redistribute, resell, or share our paid content, course access, or account credentials without authorization
  • Use our materials for any fraudulent or deceptive purpose, including submitting false or misleading information to credit bureaus, creditors, or lenders
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our Site, store, or member account systems

14. Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services that are not owned or controlled by 800 Credit Collective™. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party site, including the partners listed in our Funding & Credit Suite and Business Suite.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any coaching session, course, or tool will produce any particular financial or credit result.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 800 Credit Collective LLC, its founder, advisors, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, credit-related outcomes, or funding opportunities, arising from your use of our Services or your reliance on any educational content, tool, or third-party partner referral, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product, course, or coaching session giving rise to the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 800 Credit Collective LLC, its founder, advisors, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your interactions with any third-party partner referred through our Funding & Credit Suite or Business Suite.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect new features such as the Credit Mastery Course, FullCredit Sweep, or new partner integrations. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
